The dough when rolled out is pretty large ~ 15 x 11 inches so you need a lot to cover it. Juliana mentioned she had trouble rolling the dough as the filling kept falling out. I made my own version which makes a single babka and you can find the recipe here -

http://jillianleiboff.blogspot.com.au/2015/08/cinnamon-walnut-babka-lesser-babka.html

I hope that helps,

JillianJillian Leiboffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09021716947712252732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34032825.post-70373146072304960752016-01-03T16:49:47.956+11:002016-01-03T16:49:47.956+11:00I'm confused by the book's instructions fo...I'm confused by the book's instructions for the cinnamon variation. You put 80g of butter on each babka. But then is the "120 g light muscovado sugar, 1½ tbs ground cinnamon, and 50 g coarsely chopped walnuts" for one or two babkas?Jonathan Kandellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11232998459815286225noreply@blogger.com
